Terms of service

These terms govern use of CivilMargin (“the service”) provided by [Operator legal name], [registered address] (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company workspace you create or join.

1. What the service does

CivilMargin is a decision-support tool. It applies fixed rules and, where enabled, AI-assisted extraction to records you provide. Findings, forecasts, tender estimates and RA bill drafts are prompts for review. They are not accounting, tax, legal or engineering advice, and do not establish that any amount is owed, invalid or fraudulent.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or confirm, and for decisions you make using the service.
RA bills, tax treatment and contract terms must be reviewed by a qualified professional before submission.
Keep your password confidential and remove team members who should no longer have access.

3. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in INR plus applicable GST through our payment provider. Plan limits apply as described on the pricing page. [Refund and cancellation terms to be completed.]

4. Data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy notice. You may export your data at any time.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features with reasonable notice.
